Service Dog Registration

It is important to register your service dog to easily inform others that your dog is not a pet, but a working service dog. Along with our quick and easy process, we offer a variety of accessories including high quality leashes and vests your dog should wear to restaurants, hotels, apartments and air travel. These items should be worn at all times while out in public. Registering your service dog can save hundreds of dollars in fees annually for only $29.99

What is on the Registration Documents?

When you complete your registration, you will receive an official registration certificate with stating your name, your service dog or ESA’s name, Breed as well as date of issuance. If you select a Wallet Sized ID Card, your personalized ID card will come with your dogs photo as well. Your registration number can be used to access our 24/7 online verification portal

Be sure to keep these documents in a safe place. Presenting your certificate to your landlord or airline will help them identify your Service Dog or ESA if you have any difficulty with move in or travel fees.

Important reminders while out in public:

  • Learn all the state and federal laws that pertain to you and your service dog or ESA to help you confidently and politely correct anybody denying you access
  • Some people won’t be comfortable and supportive of you bringing your dog with you. Always remember to be respectful and courteous, and that your Service Animal is there to assist you with your disability
  • If your dog is disruptive or poses a direct threat to anybody, you can be asked to leave. If your dog gets anxious in new surroundings or around people, you may want to consider avoiding loud, crowded places
  • People will likely want to pet your dog. Strangers can make dog nervous, so to keep your dog focused, it is best to not distract them while they are working
  • Refer to our Travel Guide and Housing Guide for more information on how to best live and travel with your Service Dog
