United Service Dog is a voluntary registry for those who meet the legal requirements for Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals . Your membership and registration are voluntary, and subject to termination if moderators of United Service Dog learn of any fraud, misrepresentation, or any other grounds they deem appropriate to terminate this relationship for the Handler and their dog. In order to register, you must abide and agree to your respective Service Dog or Emotional Support Animal agreements at the time of registration, and are reproduced below. Once registrations and evaluation forms are submitted, they are final and cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

United Service Dog strives to ensure that each customer’s purchase is delivered as quickly as possible.  As a result, once an order is submitted, ID Cards, Certificates and PDF copies via email are immediately emailed and printed and are non-refundable. Cancellation and refund requests can only be accommodated on vests and leashes if they are made right away before the items have been shipped. Once any order has been printed, emailed or shipped, they are non-refundable and can only be returned if they meet the criteria below, subject to shipping fees.

Termination of Registration

If any registration does not meet the legal criteria agreed to in the Service Animal Agreement or Emotional Support Animal Agreement, the registration number will be invalidated. Failure to comply with the agreements and falsely misrepresenting a Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal is a misdemeanor punishable up to 6 months. If for any reason it is found that your registration was submitted with false information and does not adhere to the legal standards of an emotional support animal or Service Animal, United Service Dog, LLC reserves the right to invalidate your registration number and is non-refundable.

Leashes and Vests

Each Leash and Vest is inspected for defects at the time of packaging. In the event a defective Leash or Vest is received, you must email customer support at support@unitedservicedog.com within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo and description of the damage. If approved, United Service Dog will email a return postage label for you to return your defective leash or vest. Once we receive your returned item, we will either refund or exchange the damaged leash or vest to your original form of payment. Defective items that are exchanged will be replaced with the same item as originally ordered. In the event this item is no longer in stock, the customer will be emailed with the option to receive a refund, or presented with other exchange options as an appropriate substitute.


**Please note that in the event a customer selected the wrong size or color on their original order, there is an $8.00 fee to cover shipping both ways for the returned item and replacement item**

This fee can be applied to the original payment method if requested. If not, a payment link will be sent via email and once completed, a return shipping label will be sent via email. Simply print the label and bring to your local post office. Once your returned items are received, a replacement will be sent out right away!

ID Cards and Certificates

ID cards or Certificates may not be returned, refunded or exchanged unless they contain spelling errors that differ from the provided user generated entries. If an ID  card or certificate has been printed and received that does not accurately reflect what was originally submitted, photo proof must be submitted via email within 14 days of receipt to support@unitedservicedog.com. A replacement will be generated and resent to the address on file unless otherwise requested free of charge.

If the spelling mistake is the result of a customer generated error, a $10 reprint fee per document will be charged and customer is responsible for $1.99 for shipping.
