United Service Dog is service based platform connecting therapists with individuals who have Service Animals and Emotional Supoort Animals .

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic office assisstant / customer support representative to help our growing startup company.

Basic Responsibilities:

• process/prepare incoming orders
• Respond to customer support inquiries and emails
• Manage inbound/outbound calls

Key Skills/Qualities:

• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Must be Familiar with Mac and IPhone
• Familair with Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Google Docs
• High energy, highly motivated self starter
• Understanding/ willingness to learn about the dog community
• Basic understanding of Facebook/Instagram
• High School/College Preferred

Compensation is negotiable depending on experience starts at $14 per hour plus commission and bonuses
